More kitchen equipment: all the utensils for cooking, chopper, electric cheese, trays, oven dishes, etc. Very bright house with large windows based on the third floor with a lift. Each room has a private drying rack but you may use the sunny terrace to dry the clothes. There are two bathrooms with large showers one with two sinks. All new furniture except for some vintage pieces from the 1950s and some antiques! Located in Novoli a few meters from the tramway stop (which leaves from the airport) and in less than 10 minutes takes you to the central station. From there you can continue to Scandicci or to the Careggi area. The Ateneo di S. Donato can be reached on foot, where there is also a large shopping center with cinemas, restaurants, a gym, etc. 💰The rental price includes condominium expenses, heating, water, WI-FI connection, bed linen, and house cleaning which is done once a week. Terrazzo per stendere i panni ed ogni camera ha uno stendino privato. Due bagni con grandi docce uno con doppio lavandino Mobili tutti nuovi ad eccezione di alcuni pezzi vintage anni 50 ed alcuni di antiquariato. La casa si trova a Novoli. A pochi metri dalla fermata della tramvia che porta in centro in 10 minuti, da lì si snoda per la città ed a Scandicci dove si trova il Polimoda. Raggiungibile a piedi l'Ateneo di S. Donato o con due fermate di tramvia.
