The neighborhood is very safe, we have all the services, supermarkets, pharmacies, hospital, health center, sports center of the city council and private, garden areas with equipment to do sports outdoors, etc. There are many restaurants and takeaway stores. We are less than 20 minutes from downtown and 1 minute from the tram. In the house we live in an environment of study and respect, where we seek a homely and calm atmosphere. The room has a 150 cm bed, it can be for one or two people, the price shown is for one person.
