Description: This lovely flat is located on the second floor (via stair) of an historical building in the heart of the Marais district. The flat has been recently entirely rebuilt and can host a maximum of 3 guests. The peculiarity of this flat is that it can easily assume different configurations. As shown in the pictures, it is possible to have a single bed or a double bed (organized as a queen size or 2 twin beds). A library gives the possibility to separate the night area (where there is also a big keyboard) from the living one. Furthermore there is an armchair which become also a COMFORTABLE single bed. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and a number of utensils. The table can open and became suitable for 4 guests. The bathroom is equipped with wc, sink and shower. 2 windows face a peaceful courtyard. The floor is parquet and tailed in the bathroom. The apartment is equipped with WiFi, Tv and telephone. Bathroom and bedroom linens are provided. The heart of the famous Marais district is in the 4th arrondissement, between the wonderful Place des Vosges and the Hotel the Ville, Paris' City Hall. The Marais is known to be a trendy area with a number of shops and restaurant which make its day and night life very intense. Nevertheless it is an authentic place where Parisian people enjoy to live. It has traditionally been the Jewish district and, more recently, has also been adopted by the gay community. A number of museums, art galleries and historic sites find also their place in this area where the atmosphere is definitely a bit special and where is absolutely recommended to stay or at least to go for a visit. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
