This cosy flat is located at third floor of an ancient characteristic walkup building of the Marais district. There are 3 different areas: - the living where there is a sofa-bed and the (cable) TV; - the kitchen is equipped with microwave, fridge, vitro-ceramic, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a table-bar for 2 and also another lower table which can be open if there are more guests eating; - the sleeping area furnished with a real, comfortable bed and a little table where is possible to work or study. Finally the bathroom, small but nice and comfortable, equipped with sink, WC and shower. In the apartment there is internet WiFi and telephone with free calls to landlines almost all over the world and also to mobile numbers in the US and Canada. The apartment is very quiet because it faces the internal courtyard. The heart of the famous Marais district is in the 4th arrondissement, between the wonderful Place des Vosges and the Hotel the Ville, Paris' City Hall. The Marais is known to be a trendy area with a number of shops and restaurant which make its day and night life very intense.
