Está situado en Plaza de los Terceros, en pleno centro de Sevilla y junto a los sitios más interesantes de la ciudad; además, está bien comunicado ya que se encuentra junto a paradas de autobúses de diferentes líneas. El salón es amplio, exterior y cuenta con un pequeño balcón. Tiene tres sofás, dos mesas de comedor. La cocina está completamente equipada, al igual que los baños. Los seis dormitorios están equipados con cama, escritorio, silla y armario. IMPORTANTE: además de la renta mensual, cada inquilino debe abonar una cuota fija mensual de 30,00 € que incluye la comunidad e Internet.
