El salón está completamente equipado con dos sofás, armario, mesa de comedor, sillas y televisión. La cocina es grande y luminosa, completamente equipada con frigorífico, horno, microondas y todas las cosas necesarias para cocinar. Salón y cocina están en la misma sala. El baño está completamente amueblado. La lavadora se encuentra en un cuarto en la azotea con acceso solo para el apartamento. IMPORTANTE: además de la renta mensual, cada inquilino debe abonar una cuota fija mensual de 30,00 € que incluye el consumo de agua, comunidad e Internet.
