Description

A single room is available at via Fossolo 10. The contract allows for extensions and early termination by finding a replacement, which is quite easy in Bologna. A security deposit equivalent to two months' rent is required. Booking conditions: 1. To reciede from the contract: 3 months' notice or identification of a replacement. 2. The extra bills includes a reimbursement (generally 70 euros per month) for the consumption of electricity, water, gas, heating, condominium, unlimited internet, waste tax, etc. 3.
