Leopoldo tram station (T1.3) and bus station (55) are within a few mins walk away. The hospital with the first aid is situated 10 minutes from the flat. Two very helpful doctors live in the building of the flat. The flat is new. Well-decorated it is fitted with a comfy bed france size, a small but fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table, and a tidy bathroom with walk-in shower. Private heating and air conditioning. Guests are permitted for short periods (1-2 days). If you need more time you can pay for night 15 euro. Smokers and pets are not allowed. Maximum responsibility is required for the use of sanitary ware because they are fitted with the sanitrit system. All of this for just 500 euro/month, (350 for rent and 150 for electricity, water, gas, wifi, whashing machine and two times in month cleaning). 300 euro deposit paid one time.
