THE BUILDING LOCATION The building is near bus stop, and 5 minutes walking distance from Central Train Station Firenze Santa Maria Novella. All the historical sites like Palazzo Vecchio, Piazza Signoria, museums like Uffizi and Accademia are fast accessible on foot. MONTHLY RENT AND UTILITIES The monthly rent is always full, even if the guest does not stay for the entire month.
