THE ROOM The room is located in a beautiful apartment in a historic building just a few meters from the Duomo of Florence. In the apartment there is a balcony with panoramic view in front of Brunelleschi's Cupola. The room is very quiet and bright with a large window, is equipped with double bed and wardrobe, chest of drawer, armchair, desk, chair. The furniture is very simple and essential in modern aesthetics, completely with bed linen and towels. THE APARTMENT In the apartment there is all amenities: ADSL wi-fi connection high speed, TV Led Technology, DVD Reader and VHS Reader. The kitchen is large and bright with a dining area equipped with all accessories such as gas oven and microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kitten; from the kitchen you access the terrace overlooking the Duomo. The bathroom is very large and equipped with bath, shower, towels, hair dryer and other useful accessories. THE BUILDING LOCATION The building is near bus stop, and 5 minutes walking distance from Central Train Station Firenze Santa Maria Novella. Very close to apartment there are Santa Maria Nuova Hospital, pharmacy, super market, bar, typical restaurants, and car garage. All the historical sites like Palazzo Vecchio, Piazza Signoria, museums like Uffizi and Accademia are fast accessible on foot. MONTHLY RENT AND UTILITIES The monthly rent is always full, even if the guest does not stay for the entire month. For to interrupt the period of stay before it expires (by guest or landlord) is necessary to advise 2 months before the new date, in another way the guest don’t receive the return of the deposit, the landlord don’t receive the last monthly rate. The utilities are included in a constant monthly rate with water, gas, electricity, internet connection, building administration; this rate it can vary if the costs of the managers change. The heating cost is charged separately when the system work, usually from November to March, it depends on the use by tenants. TO HOST FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS During the stay is possible to host friends or family members (no more one person) in the room for than 3 days each month. In particular situations the guest of tenant can stay for more days, 7 at the most, paying €25/nights. In any case it is necessary to notify and agree with the owner....
