Die Wohnung liegt direkt in Berlin und nur wenige Meter von der U8 Bernauer Straße sowie der M10 entfernt. Zum Alexanderplatz sind es 8 Minuten. SONSTIGES - Rauchen ist nicht gestattet in der Wohnung. Keine Haustiere, tut uns Leid! Ein Problem mit Fernsehempfang muss noch gelöst werden. Offizieller Mietvertrag wird unterschrieben. In the kitchen there is a sofa, a small table, a hob, a microwave, a fridge with freezer as well as all cooking utensils, cutlery, cups and flatware you may need. In the room you have a loft bed which allows to use the whole space of the room and to watch TV while laying. There is a working desk with chair, one comfortable sofa, a large wardrobe, a set of drawers and a big table for many purposes. The colour "dark wood" can be found in many of the described items. In the bathroom there is a shower and a washing machine. MISCELLANOUS - Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. No pets, sorry. A lease contract in german and english will be signed.
