Elegant dining table with comfortable chairs. Fully equipped open kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, dish-washer, micro ceramic stove with cooker hood, microwave. All electrical appliances (coffee machine, toaster, kettle), crockery and other kitchen utensils are provided. Upper floor with soft wooden stairs: Bedroom on mezzanine with oak parquet, king size bed 160x200 and integrated wardrobe. Bathroom with washbasin, shower, toilet and washing machine. All electrical appliances are of category “A”: most environmentally friendly and energy-saving. Terrace of 6 m2, furnished with a coffee table and 2 armchairs, is overlooking Brussels giving an impressive view over the town. Pack TV – Internet high speed WiFi – Phone (cost per month: 70,00 €). Immediate proximity to the public transport: bus stop in front of the building, metro station “Madou” is in 300 meters. Tenants are required to pay a refundable security deposit of 1.800€ when they check in. Monthly rent is 1.170,00 € including building charges and TV-Internet-Phone. Water and electricity consumption is envoiced each 2 months according to counters. Final cleaning fee upon the check-out: 70€.
