There is gas central heating while there is an air-condition in each room. There is also a common area / living room, a separate large fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (which also contains a washing machine). There and also a balcony with awnings that serves both rooms. Fast and consistent Wireless Wi-Fi (with unlimited data plan) as well as all utility bills (electricity, water, central heating, air-conditioning) are not included in the price of the room that is 120€ per month.
