This is an apartment near the Blijdorp Zoo for one person since the bedroom is also the living room, which can be divided by curtains (couple would be possible perhaps). Registration possible. It has a separate bathroom, kitchen, toilet, small second room and big garden. Additionally, there is a basement room for storage. Some of my stuff still will remain there, however. I am renting it out fully furnished, including all important utilities such as a washing machine, drying rack, fridge, gas stove, microwave/oven, etc. The neighborhood is calm and safe, mostly families with children. Around 15 shops (including three supermarkets) are within 10 minutes walking. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house which goes to Rotterdam Central Station and in the other direction to Rotterdam Airport. Additional buses are within walking distance to the center of town. A bike ride to Rotterdam Central Station takes 15 minutes. Parking in front of the house is possible, easy and free if it is for a day or a weekend. I am not sure about permanent parking, however. Feel free to ask any questions. I will have to ask permission to the housing corporation to rent it out while I am working abroad, but it shouldn't be a problem. You would need to be eligible to live in social housing (eg. 1 person income can be max. € 22.700, 2 pers. € 30.825). !!Important!! It is possible to receive a housing allowance (huurtoeslag) from the government. It is also available for foreign students, which would reduce the rent price with € 223. I am not responsible for applying for this for you, so I have not discounted it from the rent price. Info about this regulation can be found easily online...
