In a cosy 8 persons studenthouse in Gronau, approx. 10 km of Enschede, you will find this room 2e on the first floor. It is a large room, with a small 'stage' at one side and a large window on the other side. There is also a window in the roof. The 27 sqm is floor space; from the pictures you can see the sides are sloping walls. The room divider you see in the pictures is a very practical cupboard to store a lot of your belongings. No other furniture in the room; the furniture you see in the pictures is from the current tenant and she takes it with her. This room is located above one of the bathrooms and has its own quiet corner in the house. No one bothers if you want to make music! In the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms/showers/toilets, a nice terrace to have your grillparties. There is a bicycle shed that can be locked to park your bicycle safely. Shops are closeby at 300 m, trainstation to Enschede only 3 min by bike (600 m). You will be living with 7 other students, who are all studying in Enschede, either at university, academy or art college. The rent is all-inclusive, e.g. rent, gas, water, electricity, municipal and council taxes, internet (100 mB), insurance for the house. Insurance for your personal belongings and personal accountability should be made by yourself. I will use a rental agreement of my own, not the one used by Housing Anywhere.
