Room for rent in shared apartment in ANTON MARTÍN. 1 minute away from metro Antón Martin line 1. And 5 minutes away from Puerta del Sol, and very close to the Madrid culture triangle. We are looking for flatemates from 18 to 35 years old. The expenses are included in the price (electricity, water, natural gas, 1G fiber optic internet, weekly cleaning of common areas). 1 month deposit. International environment. ⚠️ RENTAL CONDITIONS: 🔑 Contracts are fortnightly: If you sign a contract between the 1st and the 15th of a given month, the whole month must be paid.
