Fully furnished single room in a shared apartment in an old villa, west side (Vesturbærinn) of Reykjavik. The apartment is on two floors with a full kitchen, nice and light filled collective spaces for collective, one full bathroom and one half bathroom. Big nice backyard. Shared washer and dryer as well as TV and Wi-Fi. On a popular block, very walkable to everything in the city centre and walking distance to the University of Iceland, Reykjavik University & the Iceland Academy of the Arts, supermarket, bakary, coffee house, swimming pool and ice cream store. Heat, electricity and wifi included....

How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing’s rent is calculated on a half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay half a month or less, you’ll pay half that month’s rent. If you stay more than half a month, you’ll pay the full month’s rent. We call this a Fortnightly contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
