This studio is perfect for young couples or individual tourist traveller or students and interns looking for a more comfortable accomodation with its own bathroom (with shower) and a completely equipped kitchen, having a possibility to invite guests for a quick lunch or vivid evening discussion around the round dinner table for 4 people. Besides its sky blue private bathroom with effectively refreshing shower, and besides a fully functional kitchen in "eco-green" colours with cooking utensils, microwave and a large refrigerator, this studio has a two comfortable single pulled out sofa-beds for one or two persons (2x 80cm x 200 cm), CATV with the TV and a free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access. It is equipped with hair dryer, towels, linen, iron, ironing board and shared washing and drying machine. Because of its central and easy accessible location by public transport, there is no need for using a car in the city. However, if you need parking, it can be arranged for a fee based on availability and reservation which must be made in advance. In front of the building there is also a city bus and a taxi stop. Food stores, cafes etc. are not more than 5 min. walk away - or just around the corner. The price already includes all costs for one person! Important for notice for NON-Students: If you are not a student or your stay here is not within your educational program (studies, mandatory internship or similar) and if you are not exempt from the tourist tax payments, then please take into consideration that you are entitled to pay a tourist tax for the first 30 days of your stay at 3,13 EUR per person per night.
