Description

As of July 3rd, a neat room is freely upholstered with parquet flooring, roller blinds and fully insulated with soundproofing with a spacious built-in wardrobe and shelves. The Room comes with a neat IKEA bunk bed with a new quality mattress, which can be used or can be removed on request so that you can arrange your own sleeping facilities, as well as a computer table for your laptop or PC. My preference for a roommate is a working female student or woman who appreciates the hygiene, maintenance and cleanliness of the common spaces. This apartment complex is located above a shopping street with the Lidl supermarket and other ideal roads such as bus, tram a residential boulevard with (IKEA) 10 min with OV from Utrecht CS. PAY ATTENTION! This is not a student house but a shared apartment...
