The apartment is all new and it counts with a terrace for clothes and sunbathing Room exclusively for one person . No acepto parejas, no mascotas, ni fumadores.tampoco empadrono . Vivo a 10mn del hospital valle hebron. Zona tranquila a 18mn del centro Plaza Catalunya en metro linea azul ( esta pegado a casa). Zonas verdes cerca, gim dir, supermercados. Zona tranquila. Ambiente familiar de confianza y relajado. Habitación de 15mtr, dos ventanas con mucha luz, tranquila para relajarse después del día. Metro a 2 pasos de casa linea azul. Solo vive 1 persona ( yo). Mi casa es perfecta si buscas un espacio tranquilo y discreto. Acepto persona limpia y ordenada. El único pago que tendrías que hacer a la entrada es el 8%%DEL TOTAL DE LA RESERVA de la reserva como gasto administrativo. 🗺️ LOCATION: There is a metro station next to the apartment (Blue Line: Taixonera - Valley Hebrom) The emblematic Park Güell is located only 20 minutes away on foot. There are several Buses next to the building, including V15, 19, and 27 that will take you to the city center within 18 minutes. Just 30 minutes away from the center by walk. There is also a market very close where you can go shopping. There are 3, pharmacies, food stores, a gym, tennis court, etc. 📃 RENTAL CONDITIONS: - Looking for a non-smoker, clean and tidy person. - You will share the apartment only with one person, the landlady. - Internet is not included. The room has 2 beds but it is for 1 person only. No smokers or PETS. It is very quiet and bright, surrounded by green areas...the extra expenses are little..it depends on its use..solo persona limpia y ordenada.
