L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato a febbraio ed è composto da bagno, cucina e altre due singole occupate da due ragazze pulite e tranquille. si trova in via Sant'Antonio, parallela di Corso Italia e Via Crispi, a due minuti a piedi dai supermercati Pam e Conad, dal corso e dalle poste centrali; a pochi minuti a piedi dalle principali facoltà; zona bene servita per la presenza delle fermate autobus principali su Via Crispi e Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. Zona tranquilla perchè ZTL, la stanza affaccia su un giardino interno silenzioso. Il canone mensile è di 335 euro incluse le spese di condominio.
