Hi guys, (TO ENTER IN A WEEK)~~~~~~ESPAÑOL ABAJO! We are one Brazilian girl, one English guy and one Italian guy looking for someone to enter in our flat. Ages between 24-33. The room has an interior window to the patio, a desk table, a chair, night table, wardrobe and a big lamp. It has access to an individual patio (which is part of the room). The flat is located in the corner of metro Entença (blue line) 2 stops from diagonal. There is a bus stop (going to catalunya/urquinaona) in front of our building and bicing (vodafone). Also, in front of the building, there is a small plaza. Close to us there is a Capabro (downstairs), a Dia (4 min) and a Mercadona (7 min). Our flat is located close to Sants Estació (10 min) and Plaza de España (15 min). We are looking for someone who is clean, open-minded, friendly and not complicated. Between 23-30 years old. BILLS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. AROUND 30 EUROS MONTH. DEPENDING ON US. TWO MONTHS DEPOSIT. La habitación tiene una ventana interior al patio de luz (tiene accesso al patio del luz que es de la habitación). También hay una mesa de estudio, silla, mesita de noche, armario y una gran lámpara. El piso esta unbicado en la esquina del metro entença (línea azul) a 2 paradas de diagonal. Hay una parada de bus (que va a catalumya/urquinaona) delante del edificio y bicing (vodafone). Ademas, delante del piso hay una plaza pequeña. Cerca de nosotros hay un Capabro (bajo las escaleras), un Día (4 min) y un Mercadona (7 min). Nuestro piso está localizado cerca de la estación de Sants (10 min) y Plaza de Epaña (15 min). Buscamos a una persona limpia, abierta, simpatica y que no sea complicada. Entre 23-30 años.
