Description

Room 3: Spacious, furnished room is situated on the first floor. The room is nearly 13 m2 and has it’s own washbasin. The furniture (bed, mattress, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, two-seater sofa and desk are newly purchased in May 2017. House: The student house has a total of 5 student rooms. All rooms have high speed internet / Wi-Fi. The kitchen, bathroom and toilets are shared with the other house mates. Both the kitchen and bathroom and toilets are of recent date and luxury. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, additional oven, refrigerator / freezing cabinet and dishwasher. A washing machine and a dryer (both purchased in 2017) are present in the house. Usage of the spacious terrace in the backyard is included. Bicycles can be stored in the shed, located in the backyard. Surroundings: The Salesianenstraat is located in the popular district of 't Zand, only 2.8 km (10 minutes cycling) from the university. Two bus stops are just a minute walk away.
