L'appartamento, che viene affittato di solito a studenti internazionali, è composto da altre tre stanze singole, un'ampia cucina con frigorifero, forno microonde, lavatrice, piatti, stoviglie e pentole a disposizione e un bel tavolo con sedie. L'affitto della stanza è di 400 euro, utenze escluse. La caparra è di due mensilità (800euro) che vi verrà tornata alla fine della vostra permanenza. The apartment, which is usually rented to international students, consists of three other separate single rooms, a large kitchen with fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishes, crockery and pots available and a nice table with chairs. The rent of the room is 400 €, excluding utilities. The deposit is two monthly rent (€ 800) that will be returned at the end of your stay. I have been hosted international students since many years.
