A bed is available for rent in a spacious renovated apartment. The apartment comprises two double rooms and one single room. The monthly cost for the bed is €470, which includes all utilities such as electricity, water, gas, heating, condominium fees, bike storage, waste tax, unlimited internet, and more. A security deposit equivalent to two months' rent is required. Booking conditions: 1. To reciede from the contract: 3 months' notice or identification of a replacement. 2. The extra bills includes a reimbursement (generally 70 euros per month) for the consumption of electricity, water, gas, heating, condominium, unlimited internet, waste tax, etc. 3. The expenses are included in the quarterly final balance with any debit or credit adjustment. 4.
