Description

A bed in a double room is available for rent in a spacious, renovated apartment on Via San Donato, Bologna. The apartment includes two double rooms and two single rooms. Rent is €350 per month, with a two-month deposit. Utilities are covered, and expenses are adjusted quarterly. The rental agreement is flexible, with the following conditions: Three months' notice or identification of a replacement Monthly fee includes a reimbursement for utilities (approximately €70 per month) Contracts end on: August 31, 2024; January 31, 2025; February 28, 2025; August 31, 2025 Booking conditions: 1. To reciede from the contract: 3 months' notice or identification of a replacement. 2.
