This single room is available in a spacious, newly renovated apartment. The apartment comprises two double rooms and one single room. The monthly cost for this room is €460, all-inclusive (covering electricity, water, gas, heating, condominium fees, bike storage, waste tax, unlimited internet, etc.). A two-month rent deposit is required. Booking conditions: 1. To reciede from the contract: 3 months' notice or identification of a replacement. 2. The extra bills includes a reimbursement (generally 70 euros per month) for the consumption of electricity, water, gas, heating, condominium, unlimited internet, waste tax, etc. 3.
