L'alloggio è attualmente abitato da tre ragazze ed vicinissimo al cento, a porta nuova, al parco del Valentino e alle facoltà scientifiche. La casa è composta da due stanze doppie, cucina, tinello, bagno, sgabuzzino e due balconi. L'affitto è di 200€ al mese comprensivo di riscaldamento, spese condominiali e donna delle pulizie.
