A beautiful room on the 1st floor on the front side of the building. Room is furnished and upholstered. The kitchen was recently renovated and has everything needed such as kitchenware (cutlery etc) including a dishwasher. The Bathroom is quite big and is provided with a washing machine and dryer. Bedding and towels are included. There is also Wi-Fi internet and a nice sunny balcony that you can enter through the kitchen. Rules: Regular rules apply as living with 3 people. No disturbance to neighbours. Rent is all-in, including Gas, electricity, water , internet and tax. Room is offered with a 6 month contract, but if both parties are happy it could be possible to stay longer....
