The space also includes a dining table and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, two electric burners, and essential cutlery. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The studio is equipped with air-conditioning, CATV, telephone, and both wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) broadband internet access. Guests have access to a shared washing machine located in the common hall on the ground floor. In front of the house, there are two covered private parking spaces reserved for guests. 📜 Please note: The studio is on the attic level but fully accessible via elevator.
