This spacious room is fully equipped with a double bed and mattress, a two-door wooden wardrobe, a functional study area with a desk and chair. Besides, the place has access to a balcony which is facing Avinyó street. The flat has 5 private rooms, a shared bathroom with two showers and a toilet, an additional WC room, a kitchen, a dining room and a vast living room. The common areas of the flat are shared among the tenants. We provide basic kitchen utensils and basic household appliances like a washing machine. 50€ for expenses are included in the monthly price (electricity, water and gas, WiFi internet access).
