Bright studio apartment with private balcony in Hillegersberg-Zuid. Nice, quite, and very cozy neighborhood. Around 45 square meters with windows all around. 5 minutes walk from tramstop for line 8, and Albert Heijn. Tram to Weena (city center) takes 15 minutes. Large double bed, couch, washing machine, closet, and fully equipped kitchen. Small private bathroom with shower and toilet. The price includes wifi and all extra costs (water, etc.) I am going on a visit to the US and look for somebody to rent my apartment during my absence. Looking forward to hosting you at my place.
