Dit studentenhuis ligt vlakbij de TU. Het is ongeveer 5 minuten fietsen. Ook het centrum en het centraal station zijn dichtbij. Ca. 10 minuten fietsen. Een winkelcentrum ligt op 400m afstand. De kamer is gestoffeerd en gemeubileerd. In het huis wonen totaal 4 personen. Deze delen de keuken, toilet en douche. De kale huur is € 350,00 en voor gas, water en elektriciteit en internet betaal je ca. € 50,00 per maand. Als je belangstelling hebt neem dan contact met mij op voor het maken van een afspraak...
