Description

Es sind ein grosses geschlossenes Zimmer, mit kleinem Balkon mit Morgensonne und ein Galeriezimmer, ebenfalls mit einem kleinen Balkon zur alleinigen Benutzung. Die beiden Zimmer haben eine Grösse von ca. 50 qm. Es sind Holzböden und Steinböden. Dazu gehört eine eigene Toilette mit Lavabo, die sich auf derselben Etage befindet. Eine Etage unten ist die grosszügige und moderne Küche mit Esszimmer, welches von den zwei andern MitbewohnerInnen benutzt wird. Die Dusche ist mit einer Person zu teilen(Jugendlicher). Im Sommer ist ein rundum Balkon ein angenehmer Komfort, weil zu jeder Tageszeit an einem sonnigen Platz gelesen, gearbeitet oder gefaulenzt werden kann. Lift direkt in die Wohnung. Gepflegter Ausbaustandart, ruhige und saubere Mieter erwünscht. Teilmöbliert- auf Wunsch ganz möbliert. Wöchentliche Reinigung kann gegen Entgelt ausgeführt werden. Die Nebenkosten beziehen sich auf Anteil Strom & Internet & andere Gebühren und betragen zwischen Fr. 50.- und 80.-.mtl. Freundliche und unkomplizierte Person gewünscht....
