It boasts 3.20-meter-high ceilings, offering plenty of light and positive energy. The apartment has been fully renovated in 2016 and 2018, with updates to the bathroom, kitchen, electrical systems, walls, alarm system, video control in the corridor, smoke and heat detectors connected to the central alarm, parquet flooring, and the coloring of doors. It’s equipped with: Kitchen: Washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, water heater, induction cooker, and all necessary kitchen accessories Other Amenities: Iron, iron desk, safe, hair dryer, Wi-Fi Air conditioning: While it’s not necessary due to the apartment’s excellent microclimate, an air conditioning unit is available for cooling, heating, and ventilation. The apartment is ideal for 3 students, but can accommodate up to 5 students. We prefer not to have more than 3 people to ensure maximum comfort. 📍 Location: Located in the quiet center of Ljubljana, this apartment is very close to: University Medical Centre Ljubljana (Faculty of Medicine) Faculty of Law Faculty of Architecture Plus, it's within walking distance to all major attractions in the city! 💰 Prices: The first big room: 519 EUR per month for one person (discounted prices may be available) The second big room: 529 EUR per month for one person The small room: 428 EUR per month for one person For stays of less than 1 semester (5 months), the prices may differ, and an owner booking fee will be added. 💡 Additional Costs: For utilities: 85 EUR per person per month. If the actual costs exceed this amount, the difference will be charged. Deposit: 564 EUR for the big room. At the end of your stay, the room must be left perfectly clean, or a 35 EUR cleaning fee will apply. Cash payments are required. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
