The room is in a very quiet area, in an excellent location for reaching the CONI Olympic Training Center, the Italian Union of the Blind, and the Stella Maris Foundation Hospital. Bars, restaurants, and a supermarket are close by. Located on the first floor, the apartment has two large terraces, an entrance/living/kitchen area, one bathroom, and two bedrooms (one with direct access to the balcony). It includes a garage and parking space. Fully furnished (also microwave and coffee machine), mosquito screens, renovated in 2013. Suitable for CONI users, professionals working at Stella Maris or nearby facilities, and workers in general.
