TV und Wifi, Waschmaschine sind in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit einer Schiebetür vom Wohnzimmer abgetrennt. Sie ist voll ausgestattet (Backofen und Herd, Wasserkocher und Toaster, sowie Geschirr). Es gibt einen Aufzug im Gebäude und man kann es barrierefrei in das Apartment gelangen. Das Apartment befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe von der Fußgängerzone und hat eine hervorragende Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in alle Richtungen. Die Mieter sind dafür verantwortlich, die Wohnung während ihres Aufenthalts sauber zu halten.
