TV und Wifi, Waschmaschine sind in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit einer Schiebetür vom Wohnzimmer abgetrennt. Sie ist voll ausgestattet (Backofen und Herd, Wasserkocher und Toaster, sowie Geschirr). Es gibt einen Aufzug im Gebäude und man kann es barrierefrei in das Apartment gelangen. Das Apartment befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe von der Fußgängerzone und hat eine hervorragende Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in alle Richtungen. Die Mieter sind dafür verantwortlich, die Wohnung während ihres Aufenthalts sauber zu halten. TV, washing machine, WiFi are available in the apartment. The kitchen is separated from the living room with a sliding door. It is fully equipped (oven and stove, kettle and toaster, and dishes). There is an elevator in the building and you can get to the apartment barrier-free. The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the pedestrian zone and has excellent public transport connections in all directions. Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
