Im Gebäude befindet sich ein Fahrstuhl und es gibt Zugang zu einer schönen, sonnigen Terrasse. Die Mieter sind dafür verantwortlich, die Wohnung während ihres Aufenthalts sauber zu halten. Ca. 40 m2 in size and has two floors: there is a living room, kitchen and little balcony, bathroom on the 1st floor and the bedroom and desk are on the 2nd floor. The apartment is completely furnished and equipped with all necessary items. Washing machine is available in the kitchen. TV and WiFi are available in the apartment. There is an elevator in the building and there is access to a nice sunny terrace. Tenants are responsible for keeping the flat clean during their stay.
