The furnitures are quite new and are like in the pictures. In the flat there are other two bedrooms (another one private and a double one). K Available a comfortable single room, with full-size bed, a spacious wardrobe, a desk, bedside tables and a large window on the city. The flat (true 100 m2) lies in a quiet and road at less then 5 minutes far away from the train station, less then 10 from Pisa centre and 20 minutes by walk from the airport. There is a bus stop under the building and a very large one at the train station, with bicycles renting service available. Fifth floor, the flat is composed of 2 single rooms and one double room (single renting possible). All the rooms are provided with large windows. There is also a brand new kitchen with a spacious dinner room and a closets. From the kitchen is possible to get on the balcony that allow a beautiful view on the city and the mountains behind. The bathroom is in common with the other tenants and it has a large shower, a window and it'is been recently restructured. Internet wifi, washing machine, fridge-freezer, etc.. Heating system run autonomously. Supermarket are close by walk too. A private basement is available to store eventually bicycles or stuff. Car spots are all over the square in front of the building. The deposit required is 250,00€ (it can be reduced for short periods). Expenses not included (on average € 50,00/month each tenant to be related on actual usage). We ask the tenants to give us 100,00€ every two months to pay the bolls and the eventual refund will bring back to the tenants depending of the real expenses. Perfect place for students. We accept couples but the cost is higher....
