Tiene incluidos los gastos de Internet, Generales, Seguro, y la limpieza semanal de las zonas de uso común. (Las habitaciones son responsabilidad de cada estudiante). Los gastos de electricidad, agua y gas butano son compartidos. Se firmará Contrato a la llegada.
