The Government City hall registration taxes are not included in rent. Housing booking included the first month rent. All further payments (rent, deposit) should be paid directly to the advertiser through bank transfer /cash, as you agreed by booking/check in. The deposit could be paid by bank transfer &should be settled on account by the check in moment already /only by cash at the check in. Housinganywhere hasn't system for deposit paying back via it's platform, therefore paying back deposit is by same method you paid it....
