Blaak metro/train station on 5 min distance by walking. - Distances: 5 min by metro to Erasmus University/ 20 walking, 10 min biking; 5 mins walking to Willem de Koning Academy& Codarts, walking 15 min to MC Erasmus & CS. For an short rental (less than 6 months) applicable the price adjustment up (300eur p/month) ,others you agreed with owner before the booking. The registration is not acceptable for a short rental term. The Government city hall registration taxes are not including in the rent. The Housing booking including the first month rent . All further payments (rent, deposit) should be paid directly to the advertiser through bank transfer / cash, as agreed. The deposit could be paid via bank transfer which should be settled in line with check in moment already/only by cash by check in moment .
