B41H4 A luminous private room in a shared flat for students. This apartment is located on the 4th floor (Real 5th floor) of a modernist building with an elevator in the Eixample district. It is very well connected as it is in the center of the city. Only 3 minutes away from Passeig de Gracia (L2, L3, L4, and Renfe Rodalies) Diagonal (L5) and less than 8 minutes from Plaça Catalunya. This room is fully equipped with a double bed and mattress, a two-door wardrobe, and a functional study area with a desk and chair. Besides, the room has access to an exterior balcony. NOTE: Room 3 and Room 4 are connected. This means that to access Room 4, you have to go through Room 3. The flat has 6 private rooms, 1 bathroom with 2 showers and a toilet, 1 toilet room, a kitchen, and an improved living and dining room. The common areas of the flat are shared among the tenants. We provide basic kitchen utensils and basic household appliances like a washing machine. 50€ for expenses are included in the monthly price (electricity, water, gas, WiFi internet access). *Overnight guests are allowed with certain rules. *No agency fees. Our requirements: 1. You must be studying or doing an internship in (hidden) 2. You must be younger than 30 3. We require a minimum stay of 4 months. 3.
