In one of the most beautiful and lively areas of the city! The condominium is in Santa Croce/ Sant Ambrogio area. A few steps away you can find supermarkets (Conad, same block), ethnic shops, local market (the famous "mercato di Sant Ambrogio"), pharmacies, cinema (Alfieri), theaters (La Pergola and Teatro Verdi), museums ( Bargello but also Uffizi), gyms (The Swan), bank, Post office, excellent restaurants (Il Cibreo, La Giostra, Trattoria da Rocco and many many more), the best "lampredottaio" (Sergio Pollini), gelaterie, bars, night clubs and anything else that can be used within the radius of few meters! Also the stop of 4 bus lines. The condominium, despite being in the city center, is far from the sound of the road and the traffic. For the tranquility it seems to be in the countryside! The bathroom has a shower (no tub), toilet and sink. ​Available for short rent (untill 3 months): 200€ per day (minimun 3 days), 850€ per week, 2800€ per month Rental conditions: The fast wifi connection (fiber) is included in the price. Visitors are not allowed during the night, as well as any other type of party, animals of any size or species are not allowed, no strong noises are allowed from 22:00 to 07:00, the failure to comply with the above rules entails The immediate termination of the rental contract with the loss of the security deposit and the remaining days to be consumed. It is forbidden to assign the contract to unauthorized people, in addition to leaving the apartment to unregistered people, the owner of the contract does not have the authority to subacperous for any reason. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel.
