For just 3 month or less, 720 euro per month are requested. For long term rent, 2 months are requested as deposit and cost of registration around 150 euro. The area is very closed to the University, just 10 minutes by walk and to the Two Towers, just 20 minutes walk. close to the central railway station, only 20 minutes by walk or 10 minutes by bus, the bus stop is just in front of the entrance of the building. close also to the Virgin Active Fitness club. Very close to all amenities, bars, tobaccos, banks, supermarkets, groceries, postal office etc. Final cleaning for the room of 50 euro are requested when you will leave the room.
