Hello there! I'm Laura. I'm from Latvia and I'm in my 4th year in International Business and Management studies in Avans University. I will be spending my internship abroad from January onwards therefore I am subrenting my cosy room for about 5 months but its all negotiable. It's a 12 m2 room on the second floor in an awesome student house! The room is furnished and has a sink. You would be sharing the kitchen, bathroom and a garden with 4 friendly and outgoing students from Italy, Austria, Bulgaria and the Netherlands. We like to do something together as much as we can like cooking together or going out. There is also a shed where you can store your bike and leave it there safely. The monthly rent is 404 euros and it includes all the utilities. The house is located in a very safe neighborhood and Easy street (student dorms) is very close by (2 mins) therefore it's not a boring place to live in for sure. There is a little supermarket which has a grocery store (Jumbo) and other stores in 2 mins walking distance. Additionally, the city center is about 7 mins by bike and it takes around 15-20 mins to get to Avans/NHTV. If you have any more questions I'll be happy to answer them! :) Greetings, Laur...
