La habitación esta entro de un piso compartido, en total viven 11 estudiantes, comparten la cocina, 3 cuartos de baño y los electrodomésticos. La calle Gran Vía está en el centro de Madrid, es una de las calles más conocidas y concurridas de toda la ciudad. Es una zona muy turística en la que se encuentran muchos lugares y edificios históricos y también muchos cines, teatros, cafeterías y restaurantes. También está cerca "Madrid rio" una antigua autovía reconvertida en un estupendo parque para pasear, correr, patinar, montar en bici etc. El parque de El Retiro está a tan solo 10 minutos caminando y es el parque más querido por los madrileños El centro de Madrid es una de las zonas de compras más importante de la ciudad, con varias calles peatonales que facilitan el desplazamiento y permiten realizar las compras con toda comodidad....

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
