In every 3 minutes there is a metro. Direct tram and bus stops are very close. Dirk, Lidl and markets from different cultures are nearby. A family neighbourhood: quiet, calm and secure The apartment has two floors. It has been renovated recently so everything is new. There is a large kitchen and a living room. The kitchen utilities are brand new with oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toast machine etc. The toilet is also on the first floor and separated from the bathroom.
