Amazing Private Room in a Lovely Three-Person Shared flat in Vienna: Time: The room is available from now on and can be rented out for an unlimited period of time. Flat : The flat is very beautiful with high ceilings and classical oak parquet. The flat has everything you need to live pretty well. Room: The room is fully furnished with a bed, couch, table, wardrobe with a size of around 25 m2. Public Transport: The U6/U4 Spittelau and all main tram lines are in 3 min walking distance away and get you very easily where you want to go. Supermarkets: The supermarket Spar is 1 minute away and the discounter Hofer 5 minutes. Gym: There are two Gyms two blocks away which are called "Sportunion Döbling" and "Fit Fabrik Plus Döbling " that will save you time and keep you in a good shape during your stay. Rules: Use the toilet in a seated position, no shoes inside the flat. Please leave everything clean in particular the kitchen. If you want to invite guest, let me know in advance. Cleaning: Every week my cleaning lady Jasna is going to clean the kitchen, bathrooms, toilets, and corridors to make sure that the flat is in a clean and sober condition. Washing: There is a new Miele washing machine which requires 2.50€ per run. The money will be used for the cleaning lady. Check-in, Keys & Deposit When you check-in and have paid the deposit of 1.500€, you will be passed the keys.
