Si trova in una posizione comoda al Politecnico, alla Facoltà di Medicina, Economia, Biotecnologie, ecc (sotto potete vedere un elenco dei principali mezzi pubblici per raggiungere le varie facoltà di Torino). Come potete vedere si trova in una posizione strategica ... si può rapidamente raggiungere ogni parte di Torino, questa zona infatti, data la vicinanza con il principale Ospedale Universitario di Torino, deve essere raggiungibile rapidamente anche in autobus da ogni parte della città! Molto vicino alla Villa (pochi metri), si trova anche un supermercato (Carrefour) e un parco molto grande, dove poter fare jogging. Vicino a casa sono presenti le fermate di molti autobus/tram (linea 4, 10, 42, 63, 92, 92, 93 per esempio) e la stazione della metropolitana è a circa 700m. Il giardino della villa è perfetta per rilassarsi ed è coperta dalla connessione internet wi-fi! Recentemente abbiamo cambiato tutte le finestre della casa con degli infissi di ultima generazione ad alte prestazioni per fornire ad ogni camera il massimo comfort acustico e termico. Inoltre, la zona è molto tranquilla e residenziale. La zona Crocetta è famosa per essere una delle migliori di Torino! Il sistema di riscaldamento (incluso nel prezzo) è attivo 24h su 24h (dal 15 ottobre). La temperatura dei termosifoni è regolata in modo automatico in base alla temperatura presente all'interno e all'esterno della casa in modo da avere il massimo del comfort in ogni momento della giornata! (Di solito negli appartamenti normali, il riscaldamento si ferma circa alle ore 22! Questo è uno dei grandi vantaggi di scegliere una villa) Ogni camera è dotata di connessione internet wifi, presa ethernet per collegarsi tramite filo e presa per la TV satellitare. Ogni camera è molto grande e può essere affittata sia come singola o come doppia . Se si sceglie come singola verrà affittata arredata con un letto di 140 x 190 cm Se si sceglie come camera doppia, viene affittata arredata con due letti 80 x 190 cm La villa dispone di 2 bagni (in uno di essi si ha anche la lavatrice) e cucina con 2 frigoriferi , 2 congelatori, una lavastoviglie e TV satellitare! L'affitto comprende la connessione Internet ad alta velocità (disponibile in tutte le stanze e nel giardino) , il riscaldamento , i costi di manutenzione e i consumi di energia elettrica , acqua e gas. Pertanto il prezzo è davvero TUTTO INCLUSO! La villa è su 2 piani. Il primo piano è provvisto di 3 camere, un bagno con doccia e lavatrice.
