The house is situated in a nice and popular area of Delft, close to the city center, railway station and also TU Delft. The rooms are fully furnished with all necessary pieces of furniture, curtains, carpet, bedding and towels. They are nicely decorated with pictures and paintings, which gives the rooms their cozy atmosphere. Every room is equipped with things like plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. Internet is availabe in all rooms (Wifi). The costs for internet is included in the monthly rent, the same goes for gas, water and electricity and city taxes. The house has a shared kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and a room for drying clothes. We have available from 7th of September onwards: Room 5 @ CF51. The room is situated on the second floor at the front of the house. The area is app. 8 m2. The room has a bed, table, chairs, wardrobe + storage cupboard, central heating and Wi-Fi. The room is also equipped with things like plates, cups, glasses, cutlery and bed- and bath linen. The rent of this room is €290,- per calendar month including gas, electricity, internet and water.
